Step 1: Grind Your Cannabis

Step 2: Make a Filter Tip (Crutch)
Cut a small piece of cardboard or use a pre-rolled filter. Roll it into a tight cylinder. This helps prevent flower from falling out and keeps your joint sturdy and smooth on the draw.
Step 3: Fill the Paper
Hold your paper with the adhesive side facing up and toward you. Place the filter on one end, then gently load your ground cannabis across the crease of the paper. Aim for an even distribution (roughly 0.5 to 1 gram).
Step 4: Shape and Roll
Pinch the paper between your fingers and begin to roll it back and forth to shape the joint into a cylinder. Tuck the non-adhesive side under the cannabis and roll upward. Lick the adhesive strip and seal the joint.
Step 5: Pack and Twist
Use a pen or poker tool to gently pack the end for a smooth burn. Twist the open end to close it off.
